Since we are a print-on-demand business, we can’t keep stock.

We only print when you place your order with your information.

We need time to prepare the print file and print it on the product you chose.

This can take from 1 to 4 business days depending on how complicated the art and product are.

When Do You Ship?

We are a print-on-demand business, meaning we only prepare your order when you place it. On average we ship within 5 business days.
If your order includes some advanced art, like photos, for example, we may take some extra days to prepare the file.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the product and your country. It is usually free. When not, you’ll see the shipping cost on the Cart and Checkout pages

When Will I Receive My Order?

You should receive your order within 3 weeks in most cases.

If your order takes more than that, please write us for information.
If you are planning your purchase as a gift for an occasion, please order in advance. We can’t control how fast you get your order once it’s shipped.

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, we do provide tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from different locations depending on the products. We mainly ship from the US and China.

Do You Offer Fast Shipping?

Yes, we do offer fast shipping. At the Checkout, you can choose between standard and fast shipping.

We charge $15 for fast shipping. It takes 3-7 days.
